Uplands - known locally as The Uplands - is a neighbourhood located in the northeast part of the District of Oak Bay, the oldest suburban municipality in Greater Victoria, BC.
A residential subdivision of 188 hectares, Uplands was designed in 1908 and is a fantastic example of subdivision design and planning.
