Ten Mile Point is a neighbourhood located in Saanich East, British Columbia.
It is a suburb of the city of Victoria, which lies to the southwest. Downtown Victoria is located about 9.5 road kilometres away, around a 19 minute drive.
Ten Mile Point is a wooded area that is situated just east of the Cadboro Bay and Queenswood neighbourhoods. It is also the eastern most point on Vancouver Island. Its name comes from its previously notorious location ten nautical miles from what was the headquarters of the Pacific Station of the Royal Navy. Early in the 20th century, Ten Mile point became a summer retreat with many cabins along the shorelines. Gradually, the neighbourhood developed into an upscale residential location.
There are several good schools in the area including the University of Victoria which is a renowned post-secondary institution located just up the street.

Municipal parks in the Ten Mile Point neighbourhood include the Phyllis View Point in Phyllis Park, Arbutus Park, Benson Park and Wedgewood Park.
Smugglers Cove is another popular sight and has a historical component as it was used as a boat launch and landing site for rum runners traveling back and forth to the United States during the prohibition. The neighbourhood is also home to an ecological reserve and offers some of the best scuba diving on Vancouver Island.
The Ten Mile Point area is also near Cadboro Bay which along with its vast beachfront includes local cafes, restaurants and stores which are popular among local residents.
