Swartz Bay is a neighbourhood located in North Saanich, British Columbia.
It is a suburb of the city of Victoria, which lies to the south. Downtown Victoria is located about 32 road kilometres away, around a 31 minute drive.
Swartz Bay is located at the north end of the Saanich Peninsula and is tucked between varying neighbourhoods within North Saanich and the harbour. At its east end runs the Patricia Bay Highway and at its center is Lands End Road that traverses east-west and connects the Lands End neighbourhood with the highway.

Swartz Bay is primarily known for being the location of one of BC Ferries' main terminals. The terminal provides daily sailings to Tsawwassen (Vancouver), Fulford Harbour (Salt Spring Island), and the Southern Gulf Islands. Outside of the terminal, there is a transportation hub complete with a taxi lineup, small bus station and an abundance of parking for travelers walking aboard their ferry.

Outside of the ferry terminal at its north end, character homes line small arteries that are connected to Lands End Road. Nearby is also the Victoria International Airport and the Town of Sidney that provides access to retail and restaurant amenities.

Swartz Bay is beautifully located on the Saanich Peninsula and is home to the Southern Vancouver Island's main ferry terminal.
Outside of the Ferry Terminal, the neighbourhood has access to a number of amenities including the Westport Marina which is located on Curteis Point. This marina is popular among boaters and a popular spot for those who enjoy adventuring around the Gulf Islands.
There are also numerous look out points including at Canoe Bay which overlooks Goudge Island which is set just off the coast.
Further south is also the Town of Sidney which features a number of amazing beaches as well as an amazing town center full of great restaurants and local storefronts.
