Lands End is a neighbourhood located in North Saanich, British Columbia.

It is a suburb of the city of Victoria, which lies to the south. Downtown Victoria is located about 33 road kilometres away, around a 33 minute drive.

The Lands End neighbourhood is a literal representation of its name at the very north end of the Saanich Peninsula. The community features waterfront along the entirety of its northern border and is locked between varying North Saanich neighbourhoods to the south, east and west. Its main artery is Lands End Road that runs near the water east-west at its north end. Tatlow Road is another large connector at the south end that works its way from Wain Road to the south to West Saanich Road to the west.

The Horth Hill Regional Park makes up a large portion of the neighbourhood and is situated at the south end.

The Horth Hill Regional Park is a popular location considering its hiking and horseback riding trails as well as its panoramic views of the Satellite Channel, the Saanich Peninsula, and the Gulf Islands. The park in its entirety is 36 hectares and is rich in native plants.

There are also a number of bed and breakfasts that are situated right near the water that are perfect for a weekend getaway!

At the north end of the neighbourhood there is also beach access where you will see amazing views of Salt Spring and Piers Islands. Moreover, Deep Cove is a short drive away and is home to Chalet Beach and Moses Point.
