About Deep Cove
Deep Cove is a neighbourhood located in North Saanich, British Columbia.
It is a suburb of the city of Victoria, which lies to the south. Downtown Victoria is located about 34 road kilometres away, around a 36 minute drive.
Deep Cove is located at the west end of North Saanich and is situated along the Saanich Inlet to the north, south and west. To the east, the neighbourhood borders Lands End and Sandown. West Saanich Road is the neighbourhood's largest artery and serves as its easterly border working its way north-south before connecting with Lands End Road that runs near the waterfront at the north end of Deep Cove.
Amongst the single-family residential homes in the neighbourhood there is an abundance of farmland specifically just off West Saanich Road. A popular location in the neighbourhood is the Victoria Garden Estate which offers vacation rentals and services large events including family reunions and weddings. There are also a number of equestrian centers in the area. On a separate note, Chalet Beach and Moses Point are popular beach locations.
Deep Cove Real Estate
The Deep Cove real estate market is largely made up of single-family residential homes especially at the west end situated along the waterfront. Further inland however, there is zoning for rural agriculture where there are large plots of land spread along small arteries within the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is also quite convenient considering its proximity to the ferry for trips to the Mainland and Gulf islands. Nearby is also the Victoria International Airport and the Town of Sidney that provides access to retail and restaurant amenities.

The neighbourhood is also perfect for boaters who love getting out on the water! With the Deep Cove Marina in the area, boaters can head out and see the amazing sites that surround the Saanich Peninsula.
Moses Point is another must see and provides visitors amazing views of the Saanich Inlet and Salt Spring Island which is just north of the community.
Living in Deep Cove also means you're super close to the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal which runs frequent trips to the mainland and the Gulf Islands.
